Will I get charged twice if I call two times in a day ?

If you are not a member, you will be charged per phone call. If you are a member, you can call Vetfone as many times as you like.

In either case, if you speak to Vetfone and the nurse believes a follow up call is necessary they will arrange a time to call you back. In these instances, you will not be charged twice.
